They say (I am not sure who 'they' are, but they sure know more than me) that you should never believe everything you hear and I would have to whole heartedly agree with them. Rumors fly around quickly and some are never actually put to rest. I do not wish to add to that enormous pile, so I will let you in on my semi-guarded secret :) We are expecting an addition to our family on October 17th. Yes that is right, a little boy or little girl will add his or herself to our lives and I don't believe I could be happier. I am a little scared, a little bigger and a lot excited! As I look at all the amazing mothers in my own life, I am so grateful for their example to me. My own mother, my sister and my aunt most assuredly deserve so much credit for who I would like to be as a mother. This next adventure doesn't seem so formidable with them around. My incredible husband has shown me over and over again over the last 18 weeks that he will love me no matter how many strange things I send him to the store to get at crazy hours of the night, or how many times i start crying for no reason at all or how many different moods I might have. I must admit, I feel like the luckiest woman alive..... great family, wonderful husband and a sweet little baby kicking inside me just waiting to introduce his or herself to the world. What a wonderful life!
